XAG Group will develop a retail center on 25 acres in Fulshear Lakes, with 45,000 square feet planned in phase one.

XAG Group has closed on 25 acres fronting FM 1093 in Fulshear Lakes to construct a retail center in the new Fort Bend County master-planned community. The first phase (6 acres) is anticipated to include a retail center with approximately 45,000 square feet — a mix of restaurants, banks, schools and services.
