(Fulshear, TX — Sept. 19, 2024) Fulshear Lakes, Ltd. has closed on and approximately 24.78 acres fronting FM 1093 in Fulshear Lakes between Fulshear School Road and Fulshear Lakes Way to XAG Group for the construction of a lifestyle retail center that will expand the nearby conveniences and lifestyle amenity options in the new Fort Bend County master-planned community.
The first phase (+/- 6 acres) is anticipated to include the construction of a one-story retail center with approximately 45,000 square feet that will be home to a mix of restaurants, banks, schooling facilities and service-oriented businesses. The retail center shall be situated within a pedestrian-friendly outdoor setting that will prioritize accessibility and inclusivity. It will serve Fulshear Lakes as well as surrounding communities and the City of Fulshear.
XAG’s focus on community involvement will mirror the essence of Fulshear and will set a new standard for suburban developments, said XAG Group’s Chief Executive Officer Nathaliah Naipaul.

Once completed, the development’s estimated valuation will be approximately $125 million.
The project as a whole will connect to Fulshear Lakes’ trail system to provide pedestrian access to the retail center, future mixed-uses, homes and other amenities.
Naipaul said the XAG leadership team believes that Fulshear is poised to become the next thriving city of the Houston metro, propelled by the expanding regions of Katy, Richmond and Sugar Land.
