XAG Group has acquired 25 acres fronting FM 1093 in Fulshear Lakes to construct a new retail and mixed-use center in the master-planned Fort Bend County community. The first phase, on six acres, is anticipated to include roughly 45,000 square feet of restaurants, banks, schools and service tenants.
